I am super loyal to some products. However, when it comes to others, I don’t mind trying new brands or formulas. For example – mascara. In the past few weeks, we’ve seen a lot of mascara launches. Including new formulas from ABH and Huda Beauty. Although I am SUPER picky and have extremely high mascara standards, I really love trying new ones. Lately I’ve been intrigued by Wander Beauty. Their packaging looks so pretty and they just have a great aesthetic. So when I came across a travel size of the Wander Beauty Unlashed Volume & Curl Mascara, I had to try it right away.

To explain, whenever I try a new formula, I like to start with a travel size whenever possible. For one, I feel like there’s less waste if I don’t like the product. Secondly, since I tend to alternate between several formulas when I’m trying new things, I don’t want the mascara to go bad before I can finish the tube.

The Wander Beauty Unlashed Volume and Curl Mascara is $24 for the full size and $12 for the travel size. One unique thing about the Wander Beauty mascara is its packaging. Instead of being in a traditional hard plastic tube, its in a flexible squeeze type tube like a lip balm. Another super unique quality of this mascara is its wand. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a wand like this. It’s almost S shaped. And both sides are different. In fact, it took me a minute to figure out exactly how to apply the mascara properly.

However, once I got started, I was obsessed. I just kept rotating the wand and using all of the different sides and curves to really coat and separate my lashes. This mascara is so good. It separated out every lash, never got clumpy, and made my lashes look long and luxurious. At first, I thought this would just be a great “no makeup” makeup mascara. Since it gave me very light, natural, but gorgeous lashes. But it wasn’t super impressive at first glance. And then I saw my lashes in the photos. Holy cow! They looked great. Still not the biggest most ridiculous fake lashes, but stunning nonetheless.

When it comes to mascara, I’m super particular about 4 things. 1. I want my lashes to look long and luxurious and almost like falsies. 2. I don’t want any clumps or spiders. Gross. 3. I don’t want the formula to flake or break off. 4. The mascara can’t melt down my face or run under my eyes and give me raccoon eyes. Honestly, Wander Beauty Unlashed Mascara is one of the best formulas I’ve tried lately. Especially for an every day multi-occasion mascara.

Wander Beauty Unlashed Volume & Curl Mascara – 5 – This mascara is awesome. My lashes looked super natural but long and gorgeous. And it didn’t melt or run under my eyes. The brush was kind of weird but great at the same time.
