As you can imagine, I’m super picky about makeup. Of course you can tell by my Swatch Matrix that I’ve tried a lot of different products and formulas in my life. Although you can make due with a lot of average lipstick or eyeshadow formulas, one place I don’t settle is eyeliner. One false move with a bad eyeliner formula, and you’re destined to look like a haute mess until you can find a makeup wipe. First of all, my eyeliner of choice is always a felt tip pen. For one thing, they’re way easier to use than a liquid. And way more precise than a pencil. So when Haus Laboratories added the Haus Labs Eye-Lie-Ner right before their official launch, I couldn’t wait to try it.
But wait! Tiffany, you’ve talked about this eyeliner before! Yes, yes I have. However, after many months of use, I felt like this Eye-Lie-Ner deserved it’s own full review. After all, it’s not just a piece of the initial Haus Labs collection, it’s the best eyeliner I’ve ever used. In fact, I just ordered my second one. The Haus Laboratories Eye-Lie-Ner is $20 and is available on Amazon and the Haus Labs website. Although I’m a huge fan of the blackest of black lashes and eyeliner, this Eye-Lie-Ner now comes in brown too!
I don’t even know where to start to fully explain how amazing this eyeliner is. First of all, it has the softest, smoothest felt tip brush I’ve ever used. In fact, it almost glides like a paint brush. But without the mess of liquid liner. It’s like the eyeliner bends and shapes to your eye for a seamless, skip-less application. To be sure, this is the only eyeliner I’ve ever used where I didn’t have to pull my eyelid tight to draw my line. Plus, since it’s a felt tip pen and not a liquid liner, the product doesn’t clump or drip or make a mess and get in your way. And oh my goodness, that pointed tip creates the best (and sharpest!) wing.
Although I’m not the biggest fan of the other Haus Laboratories products, this eyeliner is everything. I find myself reaching for it every day. Plus, I just started using my second one. After 7 months of near daily use. And honestly, the only reason I started a new one was because I felt like it was losing a bit of steam. The felt tip was still sharp and never once frayed. Amazing.

Haus Labs Eye-Lie-Ner – 5 – Best eyeliner I’ve ever used. It doesn’t flake, smudge, or bleed. Plus it’s pigmented and one pen lasted months with near every day use. This is a winner.
