Although Living Coral is the color of the year, it seems pink isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Of course, I’m not complaining – pink is one of my all time favorite colors. Pink, black, and Tiffany Blue, obvi! Unsurprisingly, one of my favorite current makeup trends is pink everything. From nails to lips to eyes, pink is reigning supreme. Plus, pink is a great color palette to create an amazing monochromatic look. For example, lately my favorite pink look is hands down Ariana Grande’s hot pink outfit and all pink glam in the new 7 rings music video. But the best part is how easy it is to recreate this all pink 7 rings makeup look.

Whenever I do my makeup, I always start with my eyes. Although some people start with their foundation or even their brows, I feel like there’s a higher chance of ruining all of my hard work if I do my eyes last.

First, apply a thin layer of MAC Prolongwear Paint Pot in Painterly to your lids. Second, swipe MAC Eyeshadow in Kid in your crease to give the other shadows something to hold on to and give a little more depth to your color. Third, pat MAC Pink Venus onto your lid and then sweep Sushi Flower into the outer corner and deep crease. Then swipe Passionate just into the deep crease to add a bit of dimension, but be sure to not add too much color. Once you are satisfied with your color and blending, dust MAC Dazzleshadow in Last Dance over your entire lid. This will give you the slight bit of shimmer from the 7 Rings makeup.

Next up, eyeliner! I prefer a “felt tip pen” type of liquid eyeliner like Stila’s Stay All Day Liquid Liner. Swipe on a thin line and extend past your crease into a cat eye wing. You can apply liner in one full line, but sometimes it’s easier to “sketch” it and apply in little streaks to create one bold line.

After your liner is complete, apply your foundation, bronzer, blush, and highlighter. Keep your application and colors a bit soft since the rest of the look has so much color. Be careful to not mess up your eyes! Then brush your brows with a spool brush and tame into shape with Anastasia Beverly Hills brow gel. Next, apply your favorite mascara – my choice is Hourglass Caution Extreme Black. Finally, the last step to creating your 7 Rings makeup look is a classic pink lip. In fact I really love the combination of MAC Angel and Pat McGrath Lust: Gloss in Future Femme. Talk about lip gloss poppin’!
